Doors Burst Open for Spring’s 2009 Yellow Auckland Home Show

The sun is shining and the 2009 Yellow Auckland Home Show (September 9^th to 13^th at the ASB Showgrounds) has officially opened in what’s shaping up to be one of the most optimistic trade shows in recent times. Over 50,000 people are expected to walk through the doors over the five days with day one getting off to a great start.

With a theme of ‘A Different Way of Living’ visitors to the show can expect to see some of the world’s rarest plants, extraordinary designer feature rooms, gallery displays of extraordinary homes from around the world; as well as all the suppliers, exhibitors, and advice on home renovation, bathroom and kitchen design, landscaping and more.

Green Urban Living is a prominent feature at this year’s Yellow™ Auckland Home Show – where you can learn how to produce more and consume less, whilst also saving money by living a sustainable lifestyle.

Green living experts will be giving workshops and tutorials throughout the day on a wide range of topics from organic gardening, composting, and permaculture, to DIY cleaning products and simple tips on how to save on your power bill.
